| Abstract(in English) | A new modulation method using orthogonal wavelets(Wavelet Modulation) was proposed in 1997. We adopt this modulation method as a primary modulation of spread spectrum communication. The characteristic of this modulation as a primary modulation is shown by time waveform and spectrum. And the effect of bandwidth limitation is evaluated by using the bit error rate(BER) performance through computer simulation with 16QAM(quadrature amplitude modulation) as the signal constellation. |
