Investigation on Impedance Boundary Conditions of Coated Cylinder

Abstract(in English) In this paper, a new kind of Impedance Boundary Conditions(IBC)of coated perfectly conductive cylinder is derived. By calculating, it is found that the Second Order Impedance Boundary Conditions can simulate the outer scattering characteristic of coated conductive cylinder preferably. It's more accurate than the First Order IBC. In this paper, IBC of two-layer-coated cylinder is derived.
