| 抄録(和) | 直列共振、並列共振回路を組み合わせた2周波整合回路を開発した。同回路は集中定数のインダクタとキャパシタを使用するため回路の小型化を図ることができ、また任意の異なる2周波で共役整合を取ることができる。本報告では同回路の素子値の計算式を導出すると共に、同整合回路を用いたL/S帯2周波整合低雑音増幅器の試作、評価結果について述べている。 |
| 抄録(英) | This report proposes a dual-band matching circuit consisting of series- and para11el-resonant circuits.The matching circuit employs lumped circuit elements to reduce its size,and gives a conjugate match at two arbitrary different frequencies.The design procedure or the circuit and a performance of a prototype L/S-band dual-band low-noise amp1ifier using the above circuit are described in this report. |
