Abstract(in English) This paper presents an analysis of millimeter-wave band road surface reflection fading(RSRF) in Inter-Vehicle Communication(IVC) systems. The power spectrum of the RSRF is calculated considering both road surface conditions and inter-vehicle distances as parametric values. It is clarified that in the wireless data transmission for the IVC system, the fast fading, which is regarded as the degradation factor of the data transmission performance, occurs even if the relative velocity between vehicles is zero under the worst condition of the road surface.
