A Consideration on Wideband Technique of Microstrip Antenna

Abstract(in English) A stacked-MSA has been studied by many researchers, since it achieves broadband characteristics of microstrip antenna. This paper presents a basic designing technique of the stacked-MSA fed by a dog-born slot. In order to check the performance of an antenna, various experiments were carried out in the C-band. The computed results obtained from IE3D simulator agreed well with the experimental ones. Therefore, this type of stack-MSA is considered to be an available model in the wideband planer antenna.
