Abstract(in English) | Physical optics(PO)are widely used in calculation of the radiation characteristics of a reflector antenna. But PO fields are not inaccurate in the edge and shadows region. In this paper, we propose assumed currents at the edges and shadow regions which modify the PO method. The resultant radiation patterns agree well with the moment methods(MOM)results. Moreover, we investigate the relationships between the parameters of assumed currents and the radiation patter. The effects of the parameters on the patterns are shown so that optimal parameters can be clarified. |
