Abstract(in English) Mobile communication becomes popular and number of base stations is growing in recent years.A subscriber radio system using 22GHz band is proposed for the communication between central and base stations which is connected by cable so far.Its advantages are that waveguide has a small transmission loss even at high frequency band and that single layer planar antenna is low profile. To this end,the authors suggested the use of single layer waveguide slot arrays.Two types of feed circuits are introduced in this paper as the key component of the antenna.Small reflection in wide frequency band width and predicted radiation characteristics are confirmed by the experiment.
