Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents the investigation of an optical antenna measurements. Measuring the amplitude and phase distribution in the near-field, and the far-field pattern of a refference antenna which consists of a single lens with an iris and a beam matching section, we evaluated the limitation of the systems. A photo diode is scanned on the plane parallel to the aperture of the reference antenna to measure its amplitude distribution. Mach-Zender interferometry is set up to obtain phase patterns. Far-field measurement depends on image-transforming optics. Furthermore, manufacturing a shaped-reflector optical antenna as a trial to obtain a uniform amplitude distribution, we applied these systems to it .
