Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As computer networks at office progress, need for indoor high-speed wireless networks is increasing. We made experiments on l00-Mbps digital transmission over a millimeter-wave indoor wireless channel at 60 GHz. Measurements were conducted in an unfumished room with a floor area of 13.5 m × 7.8 m. We used the ASK transmission channel and several directional antennas. From the measurement results of bit error rate and received power at various points in the room, we examined the feasibility of high-speed wireless transmission over a millimeter-wave channel.
