Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents 2-D and 3-D general analytical formulas of the electrostatic Green's functions for arbitrarily multilayered dielectric media. These analytical formulas, which are expressed in form of Fourier series or Fourier integrals, have simple form and are applicable to arbitrary number of the dielectric layers. Analysis of a microstrip line in a three-layered media with a dielectric ridge is provided to demonstrate an application of such general formulas. These general Green's functions will provide a new and efficient tool for the analysis of the multilayered medium structures.
