Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The transient responses in a multilayered cylindrical biological tissues exposed to electromagnetic plane-wave pulse train with microwave carrier frequency are computed using the fast Fourier transform. The responses are compared with that of a multilayered planar biological tissues. It is shown that a hot spot occurs by diffraction effect in the cylindrical biological tissues only.
