Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A beamspace two-dimensional RAKE ( 2D-RAKE ) reception scheme employing an array antenna whose element distance is greater than a half-wavelength. The required E_b/N_o performance and the channel capacity of the reverse-link under a multipath fading environment are evaluated by computer simulation by applying a wideband propagation channel model. The required E_b/N_o performance and channel capacity are improved, especially when the delay spread of a propagation channel is small compared with the chip time of the spread signal. |
