Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In portable telephone systems for mobile communications, elliptic-function filters are well used to perform the miniaturization, and to obtain the high isolation characteristics. In this paper, we present a method to realize a miniaturized bridgecoupled elliptic-function filter with the high isolation characteristics. A F-resonator is adopted for the coupling between non-adjacent resonators. By constructing the F-resonator on a common substrate with the main resonators, we realize a planer-type elliptic-function, filter using the substrate of high dielectric constant. A design method is verified by the L-band filter, which has been developed in our laboratory.
