Abstract(in English) A spherical Full Wave method can provide 3D electromagnetic fields in the ionosphere and free space of VLF waves radiated from a dipole antenna source located above the ground[1]. However, this method has a problem that the electromagnetic fields near the source altitude cannot be obtained, because the electromagnetic fields do not converge on the process of synthesizing many elemental plane waves along a finite integral path. In this paper, we improve a method to obtain exact electromagnetic fields by removing a primary wave field analytically out of the total field when the source is fairly high above the ground (the source altitude of 25km).
