Abstract(in English) This paper presents the way how the internet communications penetrates into the general home as a universal services. The combination of the digital broadcasting and the public network is the fundamental digital pipes to the ordinary home. This paper proposes the interact communication as a high layer service of the public network. In order to allow gigantic number of network terminals including electric appliances, the IPv6 communications are adopted. The connection-based communications are conducted for the IPv6 to in the public network section of the Internet to compensate the inefficiency of the IPv6 Internet. The public network provides connection conversion nodes at the gate to the Internet. The IPv6 header is sent to the public network terminal to establish the connection. This allows the transparency of the internet communications in spite of protocol conversion.
