Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Inter-network SCF-SSF interface specification was standardized in Telecommunication Technology Committee or TTC. This specification allows the network service provider such as long distance carrier who has own service control point or SCP to provide their original services independent of regional operator. However, former local switches in regional operator have only been controlled by the operator's SCP, but not controlled by the others. This paper discusses the requirements and proposes the functions to be added in the switches for the inter-network SCF-SSF interface.
