Abstract(in English) | Operation support System (OSS) aims to offer the communication service prompting, cheap, and stabilizing. This purpose is succeeded to in the next generation network. As for small-scale IP system network OSS which had advanced the examination up to now, it was given priority in a high-ranking layer, and cooperation of the system between the subordinate position layers was thin. In NML(Network Management Layer), when the automation of provisioning for multi-vender including cooperation with the subordinate position layer is necessary, and it achieves it, it is necessary to consider the offer of prompt excellent communication service in flexibility and the extendibility. In the main discourse, it had flexibility and the extendibility based on small-scale IP system network OSS, and next generation network OSS architecture which was able to conform to the communication service offer was considered. The effectiveness of this consideration was confirmed to a concrete example of the line opening to traffic business sequence. |
