| 抄録(和) | 愛媛県においては、従来、情報化への対応が遅れ、情報技術の急速な進展の中でその十分な活用が図れない状況にあった。このため、県民全体が情報技術の恩恵を享受できるよう、本年(2000年)を「高度情報化元年」と名付け、「愛媛情報スーパーハイウェイ」の構築を始めとする数々の情報化施策に取り組むこととした。本稿では、愛媛県が高度情報化施策を行うに当たっての基本的考え方と、その施策の概要を紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In Ehime Prefecture, we have been in a situation that we couldn't take full advantages of IT(Information Technology), because we were slow to cope with the rapid advances in IT fields. On this account, we named this year(2000)as "the New Year for IT in Ehime Prefecture" and decided to concentrate our forces on taking various measures in IT fields including a construction of "Ehime Information Super Highway" for all residents in Ehime Prefecture to get benefit from IT. The purpose of this paper is to introduce our fundamental ideas and an outline of our policy. |
