Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Rapid growth of IP networks has attracted ardent anticipations to VoIP technologies, which could provide telephone services over IP networks inexpensively. The technologies, however, are not mature enough to provide additional/supplementary services. Especially, the study of the relationship and interface of the call-control layer and the service-control layer has just begun. This paper discusses the requirements for the interface by examining the deployment methods of subscriber data and the execution mechanisms of additional VoIP services. A few examples for the interfaces are also studied.
