Abstract(in English) An advanced INs-IP networks Interworking is now under study for providing VoIP supplementary Serices. This paper focuses on the three key techniques achieving an Advanced IN control for H.323 based IP networks.i.e,the allocation method of the SCF accces function in the H.323 system,the basic call statemet model within the SCF access function and the INAP extensions for the new interface between the SCF and IP networks.
