Abstract(in English) | Number of mobile subscribers is explosively increasing, and the demands for mobile multimedia services become stronger and stronger. The standardization activity of the IMT-2000 system is done centering on ITU, and NTT DoCoMo has researched and developed aiming at beginning to service in March 2001. In this paper, we explain the outline of network architecture and the integrated control method between circuit and packet switched communication. Next, the example of IMT-2000 system exchange node based on the ATM technology which can transmit and exchange the Mobile Multimedia traffic. |
