Abstract(in English) This paper proposes the intercell diversity scheme with maximal radio combining for Fiber-Optic Microcellular Radio Communication System.The Proposed diversity scheme can improve the bit error rate the frequency utilization efficiency performances in the presence of Rayleigh fading and optical link noise.This paper also proposes the intercell diversity scheme based on the codded orthogonal multi-carrier modulation to simplify the system.Computer simulation result shows that the proposed system can improve the BER.
