Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the recent communication environment where multimedia and global services are upcoming, quick service provisioning is one of the most important and urgent requirements for network operating companies. To deal with overall solutions about service provisioning as well as bug-fix,we are establishing a highly reliable communication switching platform, which is called Non-stop Service Enhanceable Software(NOSES).In this paper,we have clearfied how to formulate the program coding rules in relation to the on-line reliable partial program modifying mechanism,or "plug- in mechanism".
