Fast algorithm for radio propagation simulation based on imaging method

Abstract(in English) Indoor radio propagation simulator based on ray trace method is developed.Ray trace method can be applied to any arbitrary room, while lots of computation time are required to calculate its intensity distribution.In order to reduce the computation time,we propose the algorithm contains following procedures:(1)solving the areas which have reflection rays using each relationship between the last imaging point and the reflection object,(2)calculating intensity of each evaluation point within the each area.By adding this procedures into conventional ray tracing method,the computation time is reduced by half compared with that of the conventional ray tracing method.Furthermore,the computation time can be reduced to 1, 4 ~ 1/7 time compared with that of the conven tional ray tracing method.
