Abstract(in English) The use of supercomputers in conventional traffic simulations does not yield significant computational speedup,because conventional traffic simulation algorithms do not take advantage of the vector processing capability of supercomputers.In this paper,we propose a new simuration algorithm that uses the vector processing capability of supercomputers.We ran simulations using a packet switched data network model and showed that our new algorithm performed 7~50 times faster than conventional methods.
