Abstract(in English) In mobile communication systems,the usable frequency bands are limited.Therefore the efficient utilization of radio channels is very important and the cellular concept is employed.In a cellular system,a radio channel is reused in different geographic locations avoiding co-channel interference.In the channel reuse,CIR(Carrier to Interference Ratio)must be greater than the tolerable value. Many distributed dynamic channel assignment methods considering CIR have been proposed.In these methods,the concept of the cell does not exist.In this paper,we propose dynamic channel assignment methods considering CIR and the concept of the cell.
