Abstract(in English) This paper presents a concept,architecture,and implementation strategies in our object-oriented service creation environment prototype To-be-IN SCE,which is aimed at creating new-generation multimedia telecommunication service with easy using visual programming technologies and unified object model for telecommunication systems.This environment consists mainly of GUI for service programmer,service code generator,service directory, and service execution function.To-be-IN SCEprovides three layers in service editing capabilities according to service developer′s l evels,to enable rapid service development and flexible service control.We use To-be-IN(Testbed on Object-oriented and B-ISDN Environment for IN)service testhed system as service execution function to test and execute service visually.
