Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an agent system in which includes the workflow management in order to realize easily custom-built of CTI applications. Also this paper presents an help desk system based on the agent system. CTI Systems have been introduced in order to improve the quality of works in an enterprise. Demands on flexibly realizing custom-built and adaptive systems have increased with a diversity of users in the CTI systems. This paper discusses a CTI system that combines the multi-agent system which suits a business model well with the workflow management system which is effective for automation of works in enterprises. |
