Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to construct an efficient multicast tree with the presence of delay bound. We refer this problem as delay constrained multicast routing problem. We study this problem in point-to-point wide area ATM network. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated through the simulation and compared with the existing algorithms. The results of our study indicate that the proposed algorithm produces the multicast tree with low cost while the delay between source node to each destination node satisfying the given delay bound. Moreover, with the low complexity, the algorithm is very well suited for multicast routing in real-time high-speed networks.
