Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the new syncronization communication system by MPEG over connection-less protocol (UDP) is proposed, for increasing video quality by using bandwidth effectively. This proposal system changes MPEG scale adaptively by time interval still play start time, bandwidth, tranmission delay, and so on. Further more, the system increases video quality by re-transmission and supplement. We implemented our proposal method to the test system, and evaluated the MPEG video transmission efficiency by experiment on the real network It is shown that the proposal system increases MPEG video quality drastically.
