| 抄録(和) | 本稿では、各コネクションの伝播遅延時間が異なる場合のTCPの輻輳制御方式の公平性についての評価を解析的に行う。コネクションの伝播遅延時間が同じ場合の検討は以前の研究で行ったので、本稿では解析手法を伝播遅延時間が異なる場合に拡張して解析を行う。従来のTCP Tahoeに加え、高スループットを期待できるとして最近注目されているTCP Vegas、及びまた以前の研究において提案したTCP Vegasの不公平性を改善した方式も検討の対象にし、解析の結果、TPC Tahoe及びRenoについては伝播遅延時間の逆数比に、TCP Vegasにおいては伝播遅延時間の比にウィンドウサイズが配分されることを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we will analytically investigate the fairness of the congestion control mechanisms of TCP in the network where each connection has a different propagation delay. We will focus on TCP Tahoe and TCP Reno, which are the popular versions in the current Internet, and TCP Vegas, which is proposed to improve throughput, and enhanced TCP Vegas, which is proposed in our previous work. We will find the results that the window size becomes proportional to the inverse of the propagation delay in TCP Tahoe and TCP Reno, and proportional to the propagation delay in TCP Vegas and enhanced TCP Vegas. |
