Abstract(in English) | Communication switching programs are growing larger to implement customers' complex needs into their systems, which make evaluating the software very important. In this paper, we evaluate the relations between the number of bugs and several metrics, and show that (1) the correlation betwen the number of bugs and complexity should be evaluated in each functional domain for large software systems that consist of several functional components, and that (2) use of virtual functions should be taken into account in evaluating object oriented software systems. |
