Some Cases of CORBA applications to Customer Care Operation Support Systems

Abstract(in English) According to increasing naive users of the internet service, customer support task with customer care functions (consulting, trouble management, ...) becomes important customer service for the internetservice providing. In this task, the customer contact staff uses customer care operation support system (OSS) which is integrated some customer and network service information access functions and help desk functions. This paper describes some cases of CORBA applications to such a customer care OSS.
