Abstract(in English) | The most important problem at the multi-vendor, multi-carrier, multi-media era is how to rapidly provide new services, and how to manage the network as a whole. TINA is expected to will be a solution for this problem. The main goal of TINA is to provide an open software architecture for information services, but TINA also prescribe the network management functions. This paper introduce the network management functions of TINA, and reports the results of the consideration for how to migrate legacy network management system to TINA-based one. |
