| 抄録(和) | 高度インテリジェントネットワークのサービスオペレーションシステムは、サービス監視、故障申告対応業務をサポートするために、運用情報・故障履歴情報・故障申告履歴情報等の多様なデータベースを保持し、これらの情報を保守者に提供するためにTMNを始めとする各種通信I/Fを提供する必要がある。これらのデータベース・通信サービスの機能配備先は、サービスオペレーションシステムのターゲットサービスの市場規模、システムの導入条件・性能条件に応じて、複数モジュールの機能分散・負荷分散構成からサービスマネジメントシステムとの縮退シングルモジュール構成までの様々な形態に対応可能でなくてはならない。本稿においては、高度インテリジェントネットワークのサービスオペレーションシステムの様々な機能配備構成を可能とするプラットフォーム構成法を検討する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Service operation systems for advanced Intelligent Network have to maintain various databases, such as call history data, fault history data, and complaint handling history data, for supporting service quality control operations and complaint handling operations, and have to support various communication interfaces, such as TMN and so on. There are a lot of issues, such as the market demand of target services, the cost and performance requirements of implementing the operations system, we should consider to determine the hardware structures and function allocations of the system, for example, a multi-module structure consisted of database servers and communication servers and a single module structure integrated with the service management system. In this paper we describe the software platform structure of the service operation systems which can support the various hardware structures according to the scale of service. |
