Abstract(in English) Performance of the adaptive transmit power control using outer loop for wideband DS-CDMA is investigated in laboratory experiments. In the outer loop, the target SIR is controlled for maintaining the frame error rate (FER) based on the CRC measurement results should be required constant value. From the experimental results, it is clarified that the FER and BER can be controlled to be almost constant from slow to fast fading up to 320Hz when the averaging period of FER is above 1000 frames. It is also shown that when the inner loop step size and outer loop step size are 1.0dB and 0.5dB, respectively, the target SIR can be the minimum value, and that the tracking performance against fast fading is improved by changing the TPC delay from one slot delay to two slots delay.
