Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Telecommunication networks has become more important with the diversification and the advancement of network services, then customers needs infomation of network faults affecting their services. This paper describes the identification of customers affected by faults of network elements by using an operations system for switching systems.Identifying affected customers needs messages from network elements, network configuration information, and subscriber information, and also needs to relate them with each other. Finally an object-oriented modeling of this identification is proposed to cope with the diverse configuration of local communication networks.
