Abstract(in English) Persona1 telecommunication services are required to enable users to communicate with anyone at any time and anywhere according to their demand. In order to realize the above-mentioned requirements, wireless access system must be introduced to telecommunication network in addition to wired access system. This paper proposes a new network architecture which is based on advanced intelligent network in addition to wired access network, and realizes both terminal and personal mobility, service personalization and service portability as a universal personal communication. Network functions to realize these services are extracted and optimal function assignment is described. New service control mechanism for deploying the services to exsisting network also is shown.
