Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A method to automatically produce communications software has been designed for adjusting to any protocol without affecting protocol-independent software generation. Service specifications described by terminal behaviors can be transformed into protocol-independent communications software by providing a logical interface to control communication equipment. The protocol-dependent part is made by the correspondence between the logical interface and a communication control interface that implements the target protocol. The proposed method is applied to produce protocol-dependent software to control multiple terminals with different protocols.
