Cell Delay Reduction Control in Multi-Stage Switching Network

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a cell delay reduction control method in multi-stage ATM switching network. The presented algorithm uses total cell delay value accumulated in former stages as the priority measure in cell forwarding process at each stage. The simulation results show that this scheme enables to efficiently reduce end-to-end cell delay.
