Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the future, it will become important that telecommunication services support relationships among users and their action caused by the relationships rather than conventionally support connection among them when they have intention of communication. Then, network will require a mechanism which makes users possible to feel the state of network and the atmosphere in the surrouding areas of them. In this paper, we introduce "Telecommunication Environment" which conceptualize the state of network and the atmosphere formed by telecommunication relationships among users. Finally, we propose an architecture which inform users of Telecommunication Environment by using various network information collected and managed by network.
