Abstract(in English) | The Service Control Point (SCP) in the Intelligent Networks (INs) is a key element for the provision of various telecommunication services. The application of nodal architecture is required to efficiently and cost effectively meet the capacity requirement. In this paper, we propose a model of module state transition on distributed processing systems, and we propose a management and control method of nodal status, which supports immediate detection of module status change such as failure or congestion, and allows efficient reconfiguration of the SCP by isolation or reducing load for trouble module without stopping services. |
