Abstract(in English)	For the advanced IN, it is important to have not only a service control function, but also a service management function that can quickly meet the various service requirements and service customization. A service management function manages contract data, service specification and service monitoring data, for each customers. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to flexibly provide the diverse services, and find out how to increase service independent part of service specification and that creation process, for service development reduction. This paper discusses how to configure and create a service specification based on requirements for service specifications management from systems, service providers, customers and networks.
