| 抄録(和) | 免疫系の過剰による抑制効果とそれによる域値の影響を考慮した数学的モデルを骨髄由来リンパ球idiotypeに関して解析した。本研究では薬剤の量-応答関係、また骨髄由来リンパ球表面における免疫グロブリン受容体の交叉連結反応特性に基ずくベル型関数骨髄由来リンパ球活性化効果を設定した。本研究では骨髄由来リンパ球とそれから生産された免疫抗体とのhomogeneity and heterogeneityな集団における免疫量、単腕、両腕結合型抗体-骨髄由来リンパ球複合体、および抗体同士の反応体の経時間的変化を数値計算で求めた。結合していない抗体量は急速に減少した。単腕、両腕結合型抗体・骨髄由来リンパ球複合体および抗体同士の反応体の量は免疫反応開始とともに急激に増加したがその後の増加は穏やかであった。これらの傾向はheterogeneityな免疫集団においても認められた。 |
| 抄録(英) | A theoretical investigation involving threshold suppressive effects of immune system has analyzed the transient behaviors of the idiotype B cell system. The present analysis has incorporated the activating function to express the suppressive (an over stimulation) effects of high concentration of antibody. The setting of Bell-shaped activating function is based on dose-response function or the fraction of cell surface immuno globulin receptors cross-linked. We have analyzed the homogeneity and heterogeneity among antibody-B cell linkage. Antibodies in all the sub population decreased rapidly. single bound and double bound antibodies and antibody-antibody complexes increased rapidly from the onset of the reaction. They reached the steady state. These patterns were the same in all other immune species of idiotype B cell system. |
