| 抄録(和) | TMNの標準化はITU-TにおいてISDN等、新しいネットワークの管理を目標として1985年に開始された。しかしその後の電気通信環境ならびに情報通信技術は予想以上の変動を遂げつつあり、TMNの標準化に対して新たな要求を投げかけている。本論文は、第一に、過去10年余りのTMN標準化の流れを総括する。第二に、TMNの実現に向けての動きを概観し、今後の進め方を考える上において参考にすべき点を指摘する。第三に、21世紀を目指したTMNの研究指針として、ネットワークアーキテクチャ、ネットワーク管理、ネットワークオペレーションを同一基盤上で研究することを狙いとするコンセプト、"ネットワーク学"を提案する。 |
| 抄録(英) | A study on the standardization of TMN (Telecommunications Management Network) was initiated within ITU-T in 1985. The major target was the management of a new network such as ISDN. However, telecommunications environment as wen as technology have been growing and adding new requirements for TMN beyond our expectations. This paper firstly summarizes the development of TMN Recommendations of the ITU-T in the past 10 years. Secondly, the progress of the TMN implementation is described. Suggestions are made based on the TMN history to discuss the future of TMN standardization. Thirdly, a new concept of "network science" is proposed for the TMN study in the 21^ |
