| Abstract(in English) | Recentry, by the growth of both the computer communication network and the computational power of computers, the multimedia communication systems such as videoconference systems have been getting widely used. The users without enough knowledge concerning the network and the computer have some difficulties to startup the systems and to control its parameters considering the status of the environment because of the complexity of the system. To solve this problem, we have propossed a flexible videoconference system. But, as we have designed the user support agent only with the basic function, the system cannot acquire the user requirements properly. In this paper, we propose a concept of the user-oriented interface, and extend the user agent of the flexible videoconference system based on this concept. |
