Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Strain and temperature measurement for large size concrete structure using optical fiber is described. Strain is measured at the slit that is introduced in order to restrict the position of cracking caused by inner temperature change during hardening of concrete. This method is useful for progress control and maintenance management for concrete structure although there are some problems to measure strain by pinpoint.
