Abstract(in English) | In this paper, new safe photo-bacteriocide and its mechanism of light sterilization is proposed. Now, food poisoning by microbe occurs frequently. In conventional various sterilization methods, there are various problems such as the residue of medicine and the transformation of target by heat, the high cost and the harm to human body. Photo-bacteriocide is thought as a candidate of the solution. By photobacteriocide an ultraviolet rays (200-400nm) is used. Bacilluses is extinct optimally at this wavelength. The necessary light power is discussed. |
