Frequency offset locking of 35mW visible laser diodes

Abstract(in English) Frequency offset locking of 35mW visible laser diodes has been realized by stabilizing beat frequency between master and slave laser diodes. Frequency of the master laser diode was stabilized to a reference CFP cavity by negative electrical feedback. The achieved minimum square root of the Allan variance is 5.6×10^<-11> at τ=0.1msec. The attained linewidth is 350kHz. The frequency of the slave laser diode with linewidth of 400kHz has been offset locked to the frequency of the master laser diode with offset frequency of 140MHz and 620MHz. The achieved square root of Allan variance of the beat frequency fluctuations is 5.53×10^<-11> at τ=200sec.
