| Abstract(in English) | 50 GHz channel spacing multiplexer/demultiplexer with broad flat passband and low crosstalk by combining two 100 GHz channel spacing AWG modules and the number of FBGs has been developed.This novel multiplexer/demultiplexer is suitable for high speed transmission systems.It is also suitable for upgradability from previous 16 channels multiplexer/demultiplexer with 100 GHz channel spacing to 32 channels multiplexer/demultiplexer with 50 GHz channel spacing by adding cascaded FBGs unit and one more AWG module.Furthermore, we also intend to develop the advanced multiplexer/demultiplexer with 64 or more channels with narrower channel spacing. |
